We will dispatch your order by post or courier, usually within 24 hours. If we are not able to dispatch your order with 48 hours we will contact you to let you know of the delay.
Due to the nature of the products, we will provide you with a quote for shipping costs at time of order.
Within the New Zealand, you can expect delivery within 3 – 7 working days in the North Island and 5 – 10 working days in the South Island.
International orders may take a little longer.
Alternatively, you may wish to arrange to pick-up your order from us.
Ownership of all invoiced goods remains with HOK until paid in full.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days.
Please contact us by phone or email so we can make arrangements for repair, replacement or refund as we will only reimburse the cost of returning goods to us if we have agreed to do so prior to the goods being returned. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
